Launch: 2012

Coverage: back office workstations, 3 turnstiles, 12 POS (counter and gastronomy), 10 terminals, 2264 online locker systems

HKS equipped the Badewelt with the HKS POS and access control system. Guests receive their RFID chip wristbands at one of the eight entrance cash desks. Within the facility these wristbands replace locker keys, purses and entrance tickets. Three additional points of sale in the Wellness area and six in the gastronomy with mobile orderman terminals have also been integrated into the main POS system, so that guests can store all additional expenses on the chip bracelet.

To be prepared for the high visitor frequency, the bath has been equipped with 2264 online lockers. These offer - in contrast to traditional offline lockers - direct control options. Immediate queries of allocation and utilisation rates as well as alarm indications are provided. Thus the staff is at any time informed about the locker‘s occupancy.
