Federal Ministry of Finance gives official statement concerning the non-complaint period in the KassenSichV

An official statement by Germanys Ministry of Finance has long been expected. Now it is official: there will be a non-complaint period in the KassenSichV process.

The statement makes clear, that there won't be any official complaints until 30.09.2020, if there are still any cash registers that don't have the official technical security device. It is also stated, that the digital interface of the financial administration (DSFinV-K) will not be employed during that period. Furthermore, the obligation to declare all cash registers is suspended until a reliable technical transfer option can be introduced. A date for that will be announced seperatedly.
